Stacey Ann Havener’s real estate broker’s license was revoked by California Real Estate Commissioner Wayne S. Bell this month. The revocation is effective October 8, after years of investigation and proceedings by the state BRE of complaints against All Seasons Realty.

Terre Ashmore of Frazier Park (formerly of Lockwood Valley) November 17, 2016 as she reviews detailed notes given to the Bureau of Real Estate about financial irregularities by All Seasons Realty, including requiring payments be made in cash and sent to a post office box unrelated to the company. The property owner said he did not receive her payments from All Seasons. Ashmore’s husband died during the dispute with All Seasons. She was left homeless for several months. She traveled twice to downtown Los Angeles with the help of friends to testify in the proceedings.

The state investigated All Seasons for seven years. Milton Hudson lost his real estate license in 2013. Havener’s license is revoked as of October 8, 2017. Below, a book of evidence used during the Havener hearings on Nov. 17 and 18, 2016 and Feb. 17, 2017.

Mountain witnesses traveled to downtown Los Angeles for the three days of hearings to testify about Havener’s business practices.
