Centennial project back on schedule, Tejon Ranch developers tell neighbors

The Tejon Ranch Company’s Centennial project is back on track again. It proposes 19,000 new homes just south of the Mountain Communities in Los Angeles County along State Route 138 (between Interstate 5 and 300th Street West).

Peter Warda and Nathan Keith of the Tejon Ranch-Centennial Development Project told a group of Western Antelope Valley rural town councils March 29 that a draft environmental impact report (DEIR) will be released “at the end of April or the beginning…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
