PLEASE NOTE:: The date of the candlelight vigil for Dominique has been changed to August 20. The details are: A candlelight ceremony for Dominique Tanguma at the Frazier Mountain Park basketball court is set for Sunday, Aug. 20, at 8 p.m.

There is also a viewing for Dominique scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 13 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home Southwest, 2739 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93313.

A memorial service will be held Monday, August 14 at 10 a.m., at Greenlawn Funeral Home Southwest also at 2739 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93313.

Dominique  Tanguma, 24 of Lake of the Woods (a 2011 Frazier Mountain High School graduate who worked at Carl’s Jr.) was struck by a vehicle on Frazier Mountain Park Road in Lake of the Woods in the early morning hours of August 3.

California Highway Patrol Officer Brian Moore said that shortly before 1:30 a.m. Tanguma and her boyfriend reportedly had a dispute. She walked about 1,000 feet from…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
