Crash Sends Warning

CHP, Kern County Fire Engine 57 and Hall Ambulance all responded to this flipped Saturn at Frazier Mountain Park Road and Mt. Pinos Way on Friday, Oct. 7. Nathan Culp of Granada Hills said one bald tire lost traction when he hit dirt on the shoulder, and that is all it took He was lucky. Culp walked away, but it is a good time for all of us to check our tires, as the season of hazardous weather and icy roads approaches.
