FRAZIER PARK, CA (Monday, March 12, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.)—Mailbox burglars are breaking into boxes over the last few days, according to Kern County Sheriff’s Sergeant David Kessler.

“Please tell your readers not to leave anything in their mailboxes. They should pick up their mail every day. Please ask everyone to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and report anything to the sheriff’s department,” Kessler said. Call 661-861-3110 to report.

Kessler said that in the last few days, mailboxes in the Lake of the Woods, Cuddy Valley and Pinon Pines areas have been burglarized and mail taken.
