El Tejon Unified School District Board of Trustees President Vickie Mullen gave a tearful good-bye to her colleagues on the board at the August 13 meeting: “Our landlord decided to put our house on the market, so we had to rush to find a place to go and we happened to find a place in Bakersfield,” Mullen said. Then she continued with this statement:
“To all the school officials and staff, please remain the ever-vigilant sentinels that continue to watch over our beloved children and help secure their future…..
