43 Years of Family Fun Continues Aug. 6,7,8

Three days of amazing music, rides, booths, crafts, contests and art events have been organized by Mountain Memories Association this year. You’ll find new contests like hacky sack and old favorites like horseshoe pitching, the fishing derby, log sawing and watermelon eating—three days of better-than-ever family fun (including a graffiti wall in Frazier Mountain Park and an Artists of the Mountain show in the community center on Sunday). Admission is free. Parking this year is available at Tait Ranch, with a free shuttle on Saturday and Sunday to the festivities.

This is part of the August 06, 2010 online edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
