“It was our best Lilac Festival ever. Both days were busy and the parade was great,” said parade organizer Pamela Plouffe of the Pine Mountain Village Merchants Association. “We had 31 entries, with lots of people in each one. The champion Falcon Baseball team was in the parade right after David Couch as Grand Marshal.”
“Everyone said it was fantastic,” Mark Bailey agreed. His business had its “best sales day ever on Saturday…and I’ve never seen the parade so deep with people. We are coming back strong!”
