Frazier Park hit by water filter scam

Andrew Lesso of Frazier Park answered his door April 21 to see a man in a bright yellow maintenance worker’s vest, carrying a clipboard.

“His name [he said] was Brian Donald,” Andrew Lesso wrote in his detailed notes about the event. “He explained that the water in my home contains contaminants.
