Friends of Mindy Moffatt went for a picnic in the forest last month. They were surprised to be approached by a man on a moped who asked them for $10. What’s up?

In October 2016, TME reported about a concessionaire taking over management of many of the amenities in the Los Padres National Forest. LPNF management avoided alerting the media about the public comment period in September. Now the deed is done.
