FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 12:59 p.m.)—Local water system operators and administrators are invited to attend a free workshop on the Central Valley Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP). Mountain Community water agencies are encouraged to attend as Tejon Castac Water District has been urging local agencies to join a local GSP.
