Kern Supervisors’ resolution authorizes CHP to close county roadways for snow conditions

FRAZIER PARK, CA (Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017 at 3:40 p.m.)—The Kern County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday, Jan. 10 to authorize California Highway Patrol to close county roadways in the Mountain Communities to protect the public during snow conditions.
