L.A. County Board of Supervisors approves Tejon Ranch’s Centennial

LOS ANGELES, CA (Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018 at 2:23 p.m.)—Today at approximately 2 p.m. the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors ended 16 years of suspense for Tejon Ranch Company and its stockholders. In a 4 to 1 vote, the L.A. Board of Supervisors gave a green light to 19,333 new homes to be built by TRC and the Centennial Project. One hundred members of the public, both for and against the project, spoke to the five supervisors explaining their positions.
