Matt Radis of Lebec won the Masters Open at the 29th Annual Santa Cruz Paddlefest last weekend at Steamer Lane—a beach with a famous surf break. About 300 competitors from around the world participated in the festival, his girlfriend (and top cheerleader) Linda Gregory said.
