A new plaza is being constructed at the northeast corner of the Flying J lot in Lebec to offer visitors a warm welcome to the Mountain Communities and a place to see the many things to do here. It will feature an interactive kiosk and a life-size flying condor sculpture.

Volunteers are needed to help build a wall at the site, Friday-Saturday, Oct. 15-16 and Oct. 22-23.

Call organizer Mike Berg on his cell phone at 213-503-3191 to let him know if you can be there to help. Specific skills are not required. Your help will make it possible to ‘let the condor fly.’
