Local man charged with attempted murder in PMC arson event

Michael Dulle stood before a judge in downtown Bakersfield on Wednesday, Aug. 1. The 58-year-old Pine Mountain man was assigned a public defender, who counseled him to plead not guilty to three felony counts, including attempted murder, arson of an inhabited structure and possession of materials for arson. He is being held in Lerdo on a $500,000 bond.
