Oso Town Council President Richard Skaggs reported to The Mountain Enterprise on August 23 that a man who attended the August 22 meeting of Oso Town Council was believed to be carrying a concealed handgun and had allegedly made threatening remarks to town council members on the evening of the meeting. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s investigators have asked for help identifying the man who some believe uses the name Mongol. Others at the meeting have said they do not believe the man had a gun. Anyone with information about the man shown in these photographs at the August 22 Oso Town Council meeting is asked to contact Detective Welch at 661-799-5131.
