LEBEC, CA (Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 1:15 p.m.)—According to CHP, the man did not have a gun; he had a camera and was taking pictures.

LEBEC, CA (Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 at 12:58 p.m.)—A man was reported seen on the Fort Tejon overpass (within a few hundred yards of El Tejon Middle School) wearing a helmet and in possession of a gun.
