Mountain loses dedicated friend — Richard Hoegh dies at 93

One of the most beloved, generous and involved members of the Mountain Community family died on Wednesday, Dec. 10 at age 93. Richard Hoegh of Frazier Park was a cherished friend to The Mountain Enterprise. It was his delight to serve not once, but twice, as grand marshal of the Holiday Faire Fantasy of Lights Parade—in 2008 and again in 2013.
