OpEd: Facts may coax PMC back to real world costs

We’re told by General Manager Rory Worster that the proposed new clubhouse complex to be built by the Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association will expand the existing 9,216 square foot (sf) clubhouse and 2,800 sf pool pavilion (a total of 12,016 sf currently) to a 25,364 sf complex.

The PMC planning committee says the proposed cost is just under $7 million, including an expanded new swimming pool and a commercial kitchen.
