Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association Director William Gurtner, just reelected as chairman of the board for his fourth term within the past six years, prepared to give his monthly report July 21.

“We have made mistakes,” he began, “but your association is strong….. We found ourselves with a substantial carryover: $1,018,394.”
