Petition started to secede from Valley Air District

Tommy Hastings loves his life in Frazier Park. He is a proud dad, a frequent hiker and off-road enthusiast, familiar with local forests and mountain trails. But Hastings says he has had enough of what he considers to be the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District’s mismanagement when it comes to local mountain residents.

Hastings is circulating a petition. Here is the text.
