Resignation accepted from embattled superintendent

Behind the scenes, observers have been aware of week after week of meetings in closed session for the El Tejon Unified School District Trustees, with the same agenda item: “1. Public employee discipline/dismissal/release.” There was rarely a number 2 on the agenda, but number 1 took lots of time over months.

At one point that closed session agenda item kept about 40 people waiting…
