Tejon Ranch seeks 20-year water utility franchise— Public hearing set for October 14

Kern County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing in the matter of Tejon Ranchcorp’s request to be granted a 20-year, non-exclusive domestic water utility pipeline franchise. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers at 1115 Truxtun Ave. in Bakersfield.
