PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB, CA (Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 4:20 p.m.)—Ever wonder whether bears can open your car door…using the door handle? Watch as this momma bear appears to be trying to open the door of a pickup truck using the handle. Be sure to lock your car doors! And be sure to remove anything that could attract a hungry momma bear to your car. No gum, food wrappers, cookies or yummy car deoderizer fragrances. Keep trash stored behind locked doors, and place bowls of ammonia near your trash cans to discourage attempts to get at easy food sources.
