FRAZIER PARK, CALIFORNIA (Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 3:52 p.m.)—CHP reports that all lanes are now open on southbound Interstate 5 (The Grapevine), south of Highway 138.

FRAZIER PARK, CALIFORNIA (Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 1:10 p.m.)—CHP reports that southbound Interstate 5 (The Grapevine) is backed up about seven miles starting south of Highway 138 for construction on the freeway. Traffic is reduced to only one lane. No estimated time was given for the reopening of all southbound lanes. The northbound lanes are not affected. The public is advised to expect long delays or to use an alternate route.
