The Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce Treasure Hunt kicks off on Saturday, Nov. 30, which is Small Business Saturday. Across the country, shoppers are urged to shop with their hometown merchants to charge up the local economy and to make new friends.But the Mountain Chamber is taking the small biz celebration to new lengths by stretching the mountainwide Treasure Hunt to a full two weeks, until December 14.

Pick up your treasure map at any business listed in the Chamber ad on page 13. Then visit those businesses to find buried treasure for your holiday shopping pleasure—right here at home on the hill! Some will offer simple treats, some will give gift certificates. Others might sing a song. It’s hard to know until you get there.

Your hunt starts right here on Saturday at page 13. Time to get started!
