• Fundraiser for Mountain Memories Assn. at Name Your Price Thrift Store (628 Alhambra Trail, Frazier Park), 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

• What will happen to your property when Highway 138 is ‘improved’? Find out at the Open House Information Meeting, 9:30–11:30 a.m, hosted by the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO) at Grace Chapel in Neenach (25649 W. Ave. D, Lancaster). A second event will be May 4 at Fox Airfield. Content at both meetings will be identical.
