• 36,000 new neighbors may come with Tejon Ranchcorp’s Grapevine project, with 10,000 to 12,000 new homes and commercial/ industrial development at the base of the Grapevine to Laval Road. Public comments will be heard by the Kern County Planning Commission on October 27 at 7 p.m. (1115 Truxtun Ave., ground floor in the Board of Supervisors chambers).
