•AYSO Free Training Camp is at 12–3 p.m. for all registered players at the El Tejon Fields (4337 Lebec Road, Lebec).  Snacks, a full water bottle and shin guards are a must. Register online at eAYSO.org. Cost is $85 (U5 players); $115 (U6 and up).

•Free, nutritious lunch for youths to age 18 will be served at Frazier Park School, 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., M–F, June 9–August 1 (except July 4). No forms to fill out, no financial qualifications. Youths are welcome to join in and bring their friends, says Robert Sanchez, cafeteria manager.
