•Ice cream lovers rejoice as the seventh annual ice cream Zoofari returns to the California Living Museum, 5–8 p.m. (10500 Alfred Harrell Hwy. Bkfld, in the Kern River County Park). •Cruise Night at the Falcon’s Nest in Frazier Park begins at 6 p.m. Bring your classic car, bicycle or ride of any kind to show off—or just come to enjoy the summer gathering, then get on over to the first football game at Falcon Field, FMHS.

•Blues, Brews and BBQ Festival in Pine Mountain Village, noon–5 p.m. presents specialty brews plus live music from 12:30–5 p.m. Tickets are $25.
