FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, April 7 at 3:59 p.m.)—A Nissan SUV overturned at the east end of Mt. Pinos Way just after 3:30 p.m. “Gil” of Pine Mountain said his brakes failed as he was eastbound and he had to run the Nissan into the dirt bank where it overturned. All three occupants of the vehicle were uninjured.
