LEBEC, CA (Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016 at 3:04 p.m.)—A single vehicle has rolled over on the northbound Interstate 5 just south of the east escape ramp. The vehicle is blocking two lanes and CHP is starting a traffic break at the rest stops. All parties are reportedly out of the vehicle. The vehicle is reported to be smoking. Engines 55, 56 and 57 are enroute.
