About 300 people came out for the Virtual Fireworks at Frazier Mountain Park Sunday night, July 2. The show was repeated Monday for 300 more at Pine Mountain Club. The fireworks went “boom” and the crowd went “ahh,” as the spectacle splashed across a big screen. The event was produced by Wes Rogers. His crew included Uncle Sam (Beans Morocco).

Real fireworks are illegal everyplace in the Mountain Communities due to fire danger. Show sponsors were Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce, The Mountain Enterprise and Friends of Frazier Mountain Park.
