On Saturday, April 9, 2016 at about 10:23 a.m. we lost a member of our family.

Lady, our small, eight-pound dog was killed by someone wearing all black, speeding 60 miles per hour up Alcot and Clay Trail on his dirt bike.

The person on the bike ran Lady over and just kept going, not even slowing down.

We are asking for anyone in the community who might have witnessed this, or maybe saw where this person was going, to please contact us.

Our family is devastated by the loss of Lady. She was more than a pet to us, she was a member of our family.

If anyone has any information, please contact David Tomsick at 661.205.9475.

This is part of the April 22, 2016 online edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
