What is Saturday School, and why does it matter?

School financing often appears illogical. At the moment, the El Tejon Unified School District (ETUSD) is gaining new students. An increasing number of young people are registering to attend Frazier Park School, El Tejon School, Frazier Mountain High School and the Condor Academy. That sounds like good news, right?

But the projections made recently by ETUSD Director of Finance Wendy Jones show a surprising fact about the payment ETUSD is likely to receive from…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
