FRAZIER PARK, CA (Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 12:40 p.m.)—Individual(s) broke a window at the Frazier Park Market on Saturday evening July 16 at about 10:45 p.m. The photo at right shows the window which has been covered with plywood. We are awaiting replies for better official source reports from Kern County sheriff’s deputies on the details.

Facebook accounts tell of “two 12-packs” of beer being the objective of this heist, not unlike the bears entering peoples’ homes for a tasty snack of peanut butter in the Pine Mountain community this last week. See the photo at right, and we will continue reporting on this event in the print issue of the newspaper this week.

Please remember that BreakingNews@MountainEnterprise.com and 661.245.NEWS (6397) will get quick responses from reporters. After you dial 911, we appreciate alerts to help keep our community safe and informed.
