Why is Frazier Park’s DG defying all predictions?

Diamond Deans is the 29-year-old manager who opened the Dollar General store (DG) in Frazier Park last year. Shoppers flood into Dollar General: About 100 shoppers poured into Dollar General within 30 minutes of its opening on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 1:23 p.m. At the door, greeting the customers (in black shirt) is Manager Diamond Deans. An estimated 1,000 shoppers visited in that one day. According to Deans, the store has 10 employees—all local residents.
