Return/Refund Policy:

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be redirected or canceled. If you are moving or, for any reason, no longer need your subscription, you can have it redirected to someone else. To cancel or redirect a subscription, call  661-245-3794 or send an email. (updated 3/21/17)

Classified ads purchased may be canceled no later than 11 a.m. Monday (the Cancelation Deadline) prior to the Thursday on which the ad is to be published. A refund of the total amount paid is available if cancelation is made by the Cancelation Deadline. To cancel a classified ad, call 661-245-3794 or send an email by the Cancelation Deadline.  No refunds are available after the Cancelation Deadline.

Display ads purchased may be canceled no later than 2 p.m. Friday (the Cancelation Deadline) prior to the Thursday on which the ad is scheduled to be published. A refund of the total amount paid is available if cancelation is made by the Cancelation Deadline. To cancel a display ad, call 661-245-3794 or send an email by the Cancelation Deadline.  No refunds are available after the Cancelation Deadline.

Delivery Methods:

The Mountain Enterprise Print Subscriptions are presented weekly by the Friday publication date to the U.S. Postal Service for Periodical Mail delivery. The Mountain Enterprise Internet Edition is posted at www.MountainEnterprise.com by the Friday of publication of the print edition.

U.S. Postal Service Periodical Mail is not guaranteed by the postal service, but postal officials have estimated a 2-to-9 day delivery time, depending on the distance from the originating postal station.

U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail delivery is estimated by postal officials to take 5 to 7 days, nationwide with delivery often occurring sooner over shorter distances. Delivery within the local service area (93222, 93225 and 93243 zip codes) can often occur the same day of mailing.
