Annual subscriptions may be canceled with a maximum refund of six months during the first year available, calculated upon the remaining number of days in the subscription year at the rate of 6.5 cents per day. For example, if canceled on the 90th day (three months) of the subscription, a refund of $12 (equal to six months) would be available. If canceled on the 270th day, a refund of $6.18 would be available. If canceling multiple years, then 100% of the unused days remaining after the first year would be refundable. A phone or email request made on a Saturday would be received at the opening of business on Monday. Refunds are paid via check and mailed to the subscription address. One-week internet subscriptions are not refundable.
