Bill seeks to strip USFS of law officers

A bill to strip law enforcement officers from the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management payrolls was introduced January 24 by U. S. Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
