They’ve been flipping cartwheels across the playing fields and plowing down
the competition this entire season. Frazier Mountain’s American Youth Soccer
Organization is proud of the Chicas, 15 to 18 years old, who battled to first
place in Kern County’s AYSO program. They came into the central state finals
with 20 wins, one loss and one tie (against Burbank), then placed fourth in the
division against Valencia and Agoura Hills. Burbank took first.
