Dog attack in Pine Mountain moves man to speak to Board of Supervisors

Pine Mountain Club, CA (Monday, Aug. 21, 2017 at 12:14 p.m.)— Wes Rogers said he is so concerned about the severe dog attack on a woman on Glacier Drive in Pine Mountain Club last month that he plans to speak with the Kern County Board of Supervisors at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 22 [1115 Truxtun Ave, Bakersfield at the county administrative building; free parking in adjacent parking structure].

Rogers made a presentation about the issue at the Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association meeting on Saturday, Aug. 19.  He asked those who are concerned to join him to speak with the supervisors about the need to remove the dogs from the community. Allegedly the two dogs, one a pit-bull mix, the other a shepherd mix, were loose again yesterday, Sunday, Aug. 20.
