A strong feeling of family wove warmth through the celebration held on April 26 to mark 75 years of service by Frazier Park Public Utilities District to the community of Frazier Park. ¶ Speeches to honor Judy Francis and Greg Keenberg were given by
Alice Garcia and Jonnie Allison. Well 5 was dedicated to late General Manager Keenberg; an oak tree was dedicated to Francis. ¶ And, as with family events of this type, there were wet eyes and children to feed. Fortunately, Alice Garcia also cooked a delicious homemade lunch, enjoyed by all as laughter rippled and a memory album was shared. —PH
