FRAZIER PARK, CA (Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 12:19 p.m.)—The general manager of the Frazier Park Public Utility District says that the phone outage at the FPPUD office has been fixed. “Everything should be normal now,” GM Jonnie Allison said. Readers had been calling the newspaper, asking us why the phones at the water company had been down this morning.
