The ‘Taj Mahal’ clubhouse project from the Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association was a surprise to most members, along with its estimated $7 million price tag. Even if the 25,364 sq. foot design proposed by Director John Cantley and Board Chair William Gurtner is built for that price tag, what would a probable commercial loan financing package look like?
