LEBEC, CA (February 19, 2013 at 9:17 a.m.)—A CalTrans District 7 informaiton officer has confirmed this morning that a toll road is being discussed between Castaic and Highway 14 at the southern base of the Grapevine. Caltrans’ Katie Gish said that the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority "has the lead on this."
