Hall Ambulance founder steps down as appeal verdict nears

By the end of April the Emergency Medical Service Authority of the State of California filed their brief with an Administrative Law Judge in the appeal by Kern County against the state’s allegations that the virtual monopoly granted to Hall Ambulance Service has continuously violated state regulations for over a decade.
