Tejon Ranch Company has been quietly passing out a short announcement to the financial analyst press this Thanksgiving week. On Friday, Nov. 21, “the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, by a 4-0 vote, approved a new Antelope Valley Area Plan.” What that may mean to TRC’s neighbors and to investors who lean in a little is that politicians have given a wink—and regional planners have given a nod—to one of the largest proposed developments in California, right on our doorstep.
