LEBEC, CA (Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at 3:15 p.m.)—Vehicles are passing the scene on the right hand shoulder, according to CHP. Lanes 1, 2 and 3 are blocked (from center divider to the right)

LEBEC, CA (Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at 2:59 p.m.)—A big rig has jack-knifed on the southbound Interstate 5 at the southbound Laval Road exit, blocking all lanes, according to CHP. It is possible that a passenger vehicle had cut off the big rig, causing the accident, according to CHP’s preliminary reports.
