Lockwood Valley holds Town Hall

Supervisor Kelly Long last week convened a Lockwood Valley Town Hall to meet constituents from the most rural section of District 3. On Wednesday, Sept. 27 about 20 residents joined in a two-hour dialogue at the Mount Pinos Ranger District Chuchupate office. Long was joined by representatives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s office, the Fire Protection District and Code Compliance.

One hour response times by AMR and Hall Ambulance Service, spotty cell service and coordination among firefighters were raised.
